We’re not a gym—and proud of it. Our space is designed to feel calm, nurturing, and grounding. With warm lighting, aromatherapy, music, and plants, we move barefoot on our soft cushioned flooring, every detail invites you to breathe deeply, move freely, and feel at home.

Sensation is at the heart of everything we do. Engaging all your senses—sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch, as well as interoception (inner body awareness), proprioception (body position), and vestibular sense (balance)—has a profound effect on your overall well-being. At ENERGYBODi, where sensation is central, we recognize that activating your sensory system isn’t just pleasant—it’s powerful medicine.

3. Our Resilience Model:
Protect – Restore – Grow
We structure our classes and sessions to support your long-term wellbeing through three core pathways:

Protect (Prehab/Rehab): Strengthen, stabilize, and prevent injury. Learn how to move safely and sustainably.

Restore (Restore/Renew/Repattern): Down-regulate the nervous system, release tension, and retrain movement patterns through somatic practice.

Grow (Energize & Expand): Build strength, power, coordination, and confidence through energizing movement.

4. Somatic Expertise
We offer somatic movement education, including Hanna Somatics and nervous system-informed practices, to help you unwind tension, increase body awareness, and improve mobility from the inside out.

5. Personalized Attention
With class sizes limited to 12, we ensure that you’re seen, supported, and guided. We talk TO you not AT you. Whether you’re recovering, beginning, or a sports enthusiast who wants to up their game, we meet you where you are.

6. Client-Centered Coaching
From specialist one-to-ones to themed workshops and courses, our offerings are tailored to support your unique needs—whether that’s menopause, pelvic health, joint care, posture, or emotional balance.

7. Community & Connection
You’re not just another booking here. We foster genuine connection, mutual support, and space for reflection. Our Classes are an hour, that means the whole 60mins plus a 15 min change over time which means no rush, time to integrate, time to connect with others and time with the teacher/coach. The studio kitchen, chats before class, and shared learning are part of what makes ENERGYBODi so special.
