Service Description

Align & Activate: Feet, Knees & Hips Posture and balance start at the ground — and it all begins in the big toe. This class is for everybody, all levels. It is intelligent training to build strong, supple joints, better posture, and more reliable balance — whether your goal is fall prevention, moving without niggles, or improving performance in activities like running. We start with the foundations: big toe function and foot strength. When the big toe, foot and ankle can load and push off effectively, your knees track more cleanly, your hips organise better, and your whole body stacks with more ease. From there, we combine mobility + stability work to improve range of motion and build control through that range. Expect practical, coached progressions for: Big toe strength and “foot core” Ankle mobility and stability Knee alignment, tracking, and joint confidence Hip mobility, glute support, and pelvic stability Posture, balance, and gait mechanics You’ll leave feeling taller, steadier, and more connected — with improvements that carry into everyday life and into performance-based goals. Suitable for: complete beginners to experienced movers. Options are provided throughout so you can work at your level and progress safely.
