Hello
Welcome.
I'm really glad you're here

I’m Heather Parsons, founder of The ENERGYBODi Sensation
I have over 30 years’ experience in movement education, Pilates, Yoga, Osteopath, Massage, Physical Therapist, Dance, Embodied Movement Coach and more recently as a specialist Menopause Coach.

If perimenopause or menopause has left you feeling unlike yourself—more anxious, more tired, with aches and pains,
less motivated, less confident, more reactive—you’re not alone.
Midlife can feel like a turning point where everything you used to rely on stops working, and you’re left wondering,
“What now?”
If you’re ready to feel steady again, rebuild confidence, calm the inner critic, and create a clear plan for the next chapter—I hear you and I can help.

My menopause coaching is interwoven with my wider work at ENERGYBODi, because menopause doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It’s shaped by stress load, sleep, recovery, relationships, identity, aches and pains, and how safe your nervous system feels.
That’s why we take a whole-person approach—body, mind, and physiology—so you can create lasting change without burnout.

Not with a massive overhaul.
With a first step that actually works.
Understand the full spectrum of menopause symptoms
Many women recognise hot flushes and irregular periods, but menopause can also show up as:
-
sleep disruption and early waking
-
anxiety, low mood, irritability, loss of confidence
-
brain fog, memory lapses, reduced focus
-
fatigue, low motivation, overwhelm
-
joint aches, stiffness, reduced recovery
-
heart palpitations, headaches, dizziness
-
changes in digestion, weight, cravings, appetite
-
vaginal dryness, urinary urgency, recurrent UTIs
-
skin changes, itching, dry eyes, sensory sensitivity
You do not need to “just cope” or second-guess yourself. We work together to create a clearer picture of what you’re experiencing, what may be connected, and what support you may need.
Get clearer before you speak to a GP or health practitioner
When symptoms pile up, it is easy to feel jumbled in an appointment and leave thinking, “I forgot the main thing.”
I help you organise your story into something concise, confident, and clinically useful, including:
-
identifying your most impactful symptoms
-
tracking patterns and triggers (sleep, stress, cycle changes, energy, mood)
-
clarifying what you want support with and what questions to ask
-
preparing wording that helps you feel grounded and understood
This is not medical diagnosis—this is practical advocacy and structure, so you feel more resourced when you seek medical care.
Navigate the identity shift and changing priorities
Menopause is not only a physical transition. It can change what you value, how you spend your time, and what you are no longer willing to sacrifice.
Coaching can support you to:
-
re-evaluate priorities, boundaries, and relationships
-
make space for yourself without guilt
-
rebuild trust in your body
-
create a new “baseline” for energy, rest, and resilience
Many women are carrying the stress of teenage or young adult children, ageing parents, work pressures, and the emotional intensity of hormonal change—often all at once. You are not alone, and you do not need to figure it all out in isolation.
Reframe exercise so it works for you now
What suited you 10 years ago may not suit you today—and that is not failure. It is feedback.
Together we explore:
-
the type, intensity, and frequency of movement that supports your nervous system and recovery
-
why warm-ups and cool-downs matter more than ever
-
how to train for strength and confidence without “punishment exercise”
-
what to do when fatigue, anxiety, joint pain, or low mood change the plan
We specialise in resilience—building a body and nervous system that can adapt, recover, and feel safe again.
Pelvic floor support and whole-body strength
Menopause can affect pelvic health, pressure management, and confidence in movement. We provide supportive exercise guidance, including pelvic floor–informed practice, breath, and progressive strength—always tailored to your current capacity.

If you would like help navigating menopause with structure, compassion, and a plan that fits real life, I would love to support you.
