About the Event

This 2 hour workshop is designed to support women and offer tools to embrace the physical, emotional, and mental challenges of midlife and beyond through kettlebell trainingwith a somatic awareness. The workshop is not a workout as such, but a combination of movement, theory, learning, and embodiment. Please come dressed to workout, with warmer layers to self regulate throughout the session.
