EMBODI Dance is a  practice and lifestyle that blends movement, mindfulness, embodiment, connection and joy to provide a whole-body / whole-being experience that activates, transforms and liberates body, mind and spirit. Integrating ancient wisdom and modern science with elements of dance, martial arts and healing arts, which offers physical, mental and emotional conditioning, healing and transformation that is accessible and attainable for every body.

In the choreography, Heather creates a harmonious space that not only encourages freedom of movement but also invites a mindful exploration of the body's senses. The dance becomes a symphony of sensations—participants feeling the subtle shifts in weight, the gentle stretch of muscles, the rhythm of breath, and the pulsating beat of their own heart. Through this sensory exploration, the dance becomes a dialogue between the external movements and the internal responses, weaving a tapestry of holistic experience.
