The sessions take you on a 'journey' inspiring your imagination whilst getting a great fitness workout.​

Everybody, however out of shape and uncoordinated, or supremely athletic and at the peak of fitness, all in one class.

Deepen awareness of your body, feelings/emotions and thoughts to create space and opportunity for choice and change. Develop body positivity.

In a non judgemental enviroment, everyone is welcome. Life long Friendships have been made. There are no strangers , only friends you have not yet met. 

EMBODI Dance is a  practice and lifestyle that blends movement, mindfulness, embodiment, connection and joy to provide a whole-body / whole-being experience that activates, transforms and liberates body, mind and spirit. Integrating ancient wisdom and modern science with elements of dance, martial arts and healing arts, which offers physical, mental and emotional conditioning, healing and transformation that is accessible and attainable for every body.
