BODi Aerial Freestyle

If you have current BODi Aerial Experience at ENERGYBODi, come along to this freestyle playshop, where you can practice moves you've been working on, perhaps put your own sequence of three or four moves together, or try out a new move. The class will be a mixture of free-time self directed and some guided moves, with some brand new moves at the ready to go too! This is a 3 hour laid back session, to chat, play experiment with teachers both supporting and overseeing the group. Please bring a little light food to share in a short break in between. This session is limited to 10 people so pre booking is essential.
