Service Description
The Goal is the ROLL! A great abdominal workout that requires development spine flexibility. Learn how to find your best spinal flexion. We will spend time developing the spine flexibility and lengthening through the back. This improves our posture, and overall spine health and circulation. This is key to many PIlates classic exercises
