Service Description
The pelvis is the home of our physical and energetic root, it helps us access strength, adaptability, stability, and deep nourishment from within. . We will cover areas around the hip, sacroiliac and pelvic floor. It will include spine mobility and stability. I am exciting to be bringing new information and exercises to this course. During lockdown I qualified as a Franklin Method Pelvic Fascia Therapist. Please bring a blanket and a mat to your practice.
