Five week course on pelvic vitality and holistic well-being called Harmony Within" . Led by experienced Pilates instructor, Heather, this specialized class is exclusively designed for women to address pelvic floor health, alignment, stability, and movement through the lens of tensegrity. Tensegrity, the principle of tensional integrity, revolutionizes our understanding of the body's structure and movement. In our class, we integrate the latest knowledge of tensegrity to cultivate harmony and balance within the pelvis, recognizing it as a dynamic system of interconnected tissues, muscles, and bones. Research shows that traditional approaches to pelvic floor health, such as isolated kegel exercises, may not effectively address the integrated nature of the pelvic floor. That's why our class focuses on gentle, yet powerful movements that synchronize with the breath and engage the hips, thighs, and low back, fostering overall pelvic health and harmony. With an alarming 50% of women experiencing symptoms of pelvic floor problems, including incontinence, pelvic pain, and discomfort during intimacy, it's crucial to prioritize proactive support and preventive care. Our five-week course offers a safe and supportive environment for women to explore and address pelvic health concerns, with a maximum class size of 10 participants to ensure individualized attention and ample time for questions.
