There’s a Shift Happening

There’s more energy available right now.
Longer days. More light. More movement in nature.
And your system feels that.
For some this is the beginning of a New Year.
Spring, Easter, Ēostre
In the northern hemisphere, this is mid-spring emergence:
Light has clearly overtaken dark (post-equinox shift)
Soil is warming
Sap is rising in trees
Seeds are breaking dormancy

Instead of “celebrating spring,”
You are being moved by spring
Rather than symbolic—it’s participatory.
The land is doing something
The body is part of that same process
If you track this somatically, you often find:
Subtle uplift or expansion
Joy with sunlight
Increased sensitivity (emotional + sensory)
Desire to move, change, act
But maybe moments of fatigue or heaviness
Instead of forcing yourself into:
“I need to do more”
“I should feel better by now”
“I need to get back on track”
Try this shift
You’re not behind.
You’re reorganising.
Growth doesn’t always feel stable.
It can sometimes feel uncertain
Re-adjusting
Finding your footing again
Grounding

This time of year isn’t a finished state.
It’s a threshold.
You’re standing between what was… and what’s emerging.
Old patterns are loosening. New ones are beginning to take shape.
That space in between can feel unfamiliar…
But it’s exactly where change happens.
There are times in life when things feel steady… predictable… clear.
And then there are times like this where things feel:
Uncertain
A bit chaotic
Hard to fully make sense of...
And isn't that the world right now!
Economic shifts, rising costs, changing systems, it's huge …a sense that things aren’t as solid as they once felt.
It can feel unsettling. perhaps overwhelming
But here’s a different way to understand it:
Instability is often the beginning of reorganisation.

This is where resilience becomes important.
Not as something rigid or forceful… but as something adaptive.
Real resilience isn’t about pushing through or pretending everything is fine.
It’s about how well you can stay connected to yourself while things are changing.
And often, that starts much closer to home than we think.
The people around you
Your immediate community
Friends, conversations, shared moments
The environments where you feel seen and supported
These are not small things. They are regulating forces.

From there, resilience builds through how you look after your own system.
Keeping yourself physically and emotionally supported—not perfectly, but consistently.
That might mean:
Protecting your energy, not constantly draining it
Creating moments of rest so your reserves can rebuild
Moving your body in ways that help you feel more connected, not more depleted
Letting yourself laugh, even in the middle of everything—because laughter genuinely shifts your state
There is real physiology in this.
When your nervous system feels safer, more supported, more regulated…your ability to think clearly, respond, and adapt improves.
You don’t eliminate uncertainty. But you become better resourced within it.

At ENERGYBODi, this is the foundation of what we do.
Not just building strength in a physical sense, but helping you develop and build:
Emotional steadiness
Friendships
Awareness of your own energy and limits
The ability to shift your state when things feel too much
Moments of humour, not to escape difficulty—but to move through it
A body that feels steady, responsive, and capable
Because resilience isn’t something you suddenly find when life gets hard.
It’s something you build, layer by layer, in how you move, how you rest, how you connect, and how you respond.
So when things feel uncertain—personally or in the wider world—you’re not relying on everything outside of you to settle first.
You have something within you that can meet that moment.
This is where closing loops becomes powerful.
Not big, overwhelming tasks…but small, intentional completions.
Finish the thing you started
Put something back in its place
Send the message
Make the decision you’ve been circling
Each one is a signal.
This is done. This is complete. You can let go of holding it.

And something shifts.
The body softens.Breathing changes.Energy that was tied up in “keeping track” becomes available again.
It’s a simple act…but it creates space.
Space in your environment.
Space in your mind.
Space in your body.
And from that space, things begin to feel more manageable.More organised.More possible.
So if things feel unsettled right now…
Start small.
Clear a space.Finish one thing.Close one loop.
And let that be enough.

So take a moment. pause, breathe
Enjoy the sun on cheek bones and skin, watch the changing weather, like clouds passing as thoughts, coming and going.
Enjoy the moment.
Feel the joy of Spring
Offer Gratitude
New beginnings
It really is a
New Year.
Love Heather
