Service Description

Heather takes appointments on Tuesday afternoons and once a month all day Friday. Sessions are £60 each or £150 for 3. There is a NON refundable booking fee £5 ( included in the treatment price) Please bring cash to pay for your treatment. Thank You. Heather has been working full time in Massage, now Bodyworker for over 30 years, training in Thai Massage, No-Hands Massage, Osteo-Manipulation, Somatic Groundwork, Crystal Metamorphic Technique, Reiki Master, Sports Massage. Heather describes her bodywork as the work of an artist.. Heather comes from an art background and this continues to be a form of art. Many sculptors express the unique characteristics and intrinsic qualities of the medium they work with, allowing it to manifest its essence and communicate its own narrative through their artistic vision and craftsmanship When you come for a bodywork session you are not having something 'done' to you. You are in active process with yourself . 'I am facilitating and creating that with your guidance, both through spoken and unspoken experience.' How present you are will greatly impact and influence your session and your outcomes On your first session everything is new. The room, the decor, the smell, the oils. You may be apprehensive, it may be your first massage or your first experience of Bodywork. ​At the beginning of every session we will explore what you want and tailor the touch to your unique needs to meet your desired outcomes. The second session will deepen your experience as you become more familiar with your needs and clarifying your outcomes. By the third session you are becoming an expert in how to get the most out of your session. Your body drinks in the touch that it has always needed. Never again will you be frustrated by the touch being to light or to deep and hurting, or you really needed more time on your neck!

Cancellation Policy

We have a 5 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know at least 5 hours before your session if you need to cancel.
