NEW YoSo Touch at Daisy Bank Studios ( Bacup) , an exclusive 3 hour experience , limited to six participants per session, YoSo Touch a blend of Yin Yoga Somatics and Massage.
In these hands-on sessions, YoSo Touch incorporates massage, seamlessly intertwining lighter and deeper touches tailored to individual preferences. Heather's touch is a reflection of her mastery, creating an atmosphere of comfort and safety.
You will be guided through various resting postions that connect to a mental and emotional response. Invoking embodied sense of self care, reflection, support, inspiration.
Heather will complete the session with a guided relaxation/story. This bespoke narrative is created on the spot, drawing from participants' inputs and choices. It's a beautiful completion to the YoSo Touch experience, designed to leave you not only physically rejuvenated but also mentally and emotionally enriched.
