About the Event

The pelvis, the seat of your soul. What kind of seat do you sit in? Energy arises out of the pelvis. If the pelvis is out of alignment, the whole posture is out of alignment,  in sitting, standing, walking, running, on a bike!. The pelvis & lower spine (pelvic-lumbar region) is of particular interest in Pilates as it contains the powerhouse.  The 'core' is not  simply just your abs. It is a very complex basket weave of muscles and ligaments. On this workshop we will be exploring hip impingement,  sacroiliac, sciatica and pelvic floor issues.
