About the Event
All artificial and negative frequencies have an impact on our health, everything from the Tv to motor cars, blue tooth to wifi, the frenetic energy of people, workplace overload and bad politics.
A gong session works on realigning our core frequency to a level that is pleasurable to live with and can be applied in other aspects of our lives. I hold sessions to the public, in the workplace and on a personal level with smaller groups, couples and one2one's with multiple gongs that hold so many soothing harmonics that can take you to subconscious places you may have neglected exploring for some time.
You are a living energy field. ... So, like everything and everyone else in the universe, you are vibrating and creating energy. The field of vibrational medicine, sometimes called energy medicine , seeks to use the vibrational energy generated by and around your body to optimize your health The powerful frequencies of the gongs massage your internal system throughout helping dislodge intrusive toxins that can be flushed away by simply drinking water.
In general an adult requires 7-8 hours sleep. They say a one hour sound session is equivalent to an 8 hour sleep.
Sleep occurs when your body and brain drop into an unconscious state. While you're in a gong session or sleeping many of your body's basic functions are altered or suspended while other specialised functions happen.
A sound healing journey and sleep can do remarkable things. It allows your body to perform some essential maintenance on your memory, hormones, your immune system and other critical functions. It improves the brain's memory function and the ability to learn, help the body fight infection, allows your heart to rest, and can even lower blood pressure.
