BODi Aerial Fundamentals at ENERGYBODi
Try something new in 2020. Learn new skills, build confidence and improve self esteem. It is a great couple of hours! Come along to chat , ask questions, hang around, upside down) and play in our beautiful silk hammocks. The sessionis guided starting with some simple moves, to stretch, build confidence and allow your body to familiarize with new co-ordination before going into more dramatic and exciting moves. The session ends with a chilled relaxation (Yoga Savasana) with guided relaxation and waves of soothing music.

BODi Aerial- Fly into 2020
This ticket is for one person to attend BODi Aerial- Sunday 5th January 2-4pm. NB. Remove all jewellery, zips etc that would snag and ladder the hammocks. Very long nails are not advised are you will not be able to grip and hold and they also can ladder our hammocks. Please arrive 10 mins early to complete a health screening form. The class does involve inversions so is not recommended if you have vertigo or are pregnant. Please bring layers to take on and off during the session.
