10 years of The ENERGYBODi Sensation

On Saturday 10th September we celebrate 10 years of being in our very own Studio! A dream come true!

That evening is a full moon so we have a theme of the full moon for some sessions,

 Pop along all day or part of the day,

Doors open at 9.30am

We will start the day  at 10am with a 45min Celebration dance themed around the full moon (Harvest/Corn Moon) 

We have compiled a fabulous Moon music playlist on spotify for you to get you ready and in the mood. ( link at the bottom)

The dance session will merge into a cooling Moon Yoga Salutation and finsh at 11.30am for Cream Teas and Live music from Kayleigh Hall Listen to her HERE on Spotify

While enjoying the music and your tea you can watch or lie back in an Aerial Hammock. The hammocks will be set very low, which allows us to play with lots of moves without being worried about the height. Its a lovely way to stretch and relax.

At 1.30-2.30pm it's time for some fun and juggling. Balance feathers, juggle scarfs, try the diablo, spinning plates and more!  And if you are thinking thats not for you... give it a second thought, its a great workout and brain booster! You know what we say at ENERGYBODi... break habits, try something new, and create new pathways in your brain! Keeps you young! 

 2-3pm West African Drum Rhythms on traditional Drums in a traditional style using mantras and verbal wordings to make it simple, fun and a fast way to learn!  There will also be Conga and Kpanlogo drums.  We explore the pulse and the clave and how they interact.  Suitable for beginners as well as those with some drum experience.

The visually stunning Az Kabile will be performing, maybe to a drum rhythm if it all fits together and we will bring the whole day to a close with a Circle dance 3.30pm

 Annual Members  it is all included as a Thank you for the 2 years in lockdown and the last 10 years and more !
