Exploring the wider experience of the core as it relates to the full stability of the spine in relation to the arms and legs. The course will range from, stabilizing in neutral to the full range of flexion and extension of the spine with support. The sessions will build in challenge throughout the six weeks. Please bring a blanket and mat. Some sessions will require additional equipment, which we will provide. If you have your own foam roller please do bring it.
We have a 5 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know at least 5 hours before your session if you need to cancel.
