The Goal is the ROLL! A great abdominal workout that requires development spine flexibility. We will spend time developing the spine flexibility and lengthening through the back. This improves our posture, and overall spine health and circulation.
We have a 5 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know at least 5 hours before your session if you need to cancel.
