Service Description

TGU- Turkish Get Up. and CARS- Controlled Articulated Rotations. We recommend you have attended at least 2 of our other classes before attending this class. You will need to be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably before attending this class.At first glance, the Turkish Get-Up may look like just another strength exercise. But look closer, and you’ll see something much deeper—it’s a movement rooted in developmental intelligence, mimicking the way humans naturally rise from the ground. When infants begin to move from seated or kneeling to standing, they don’t pull themselves up with their arms—they press down through the hands to activate their core and legs. This class is designed to awaken that same intelligent, full-body coordination in you.
