Part of our PreHAB / ReHAB Series Support your stride. Protect your joints. Move with confidence. This session is designed to restore mobility, control, and stability through the lower body—focusing primarily on the hips and knees, with integrated support from the ankles. You’ll explore functional movement patterns, alignment, and muscle activation that help protect the joints, improve coordination, and reduce wear and tear through everyday movement. Ideal for those dealing with knee discomfort, hip tightness, past injuries, or general stiffness, this class supports long-term resilience and smoother, more connected motion. For a deeper focus on the feet and foot mechanics, we recommend attending our FEET FIRST session—because your foundation matters. Rediscover ease in walking, squatting, climbing, and simply moving through life. Depending on particiapnts ability we can adapt this session to no kneeling
