Service Description

Fine tune your practice. Therapeutic Pilates. These sessions are held at our sister venue at ONE Daisy Bank, OL13 8AN. Sessions are paid for individually or part of a fast pass. ( they are not included in members plus) The sessions will change and we will adapt for what you need. The room has a maximum of 10 people. We will use a variety of props eg blow up balls, to weighted balls and bands which we provide. Please bring your own mat and blanket.
