Service Description
The foot and ankle is the foundation of every upright movement. The stability and mobility of these 33 joints in the foot and 2 joints in each ankle is crucial for our everyday activities , as well as our chosen sports. The whole integrated body from the feet up through the knees and hips will be covered in detail. Depending on the particpants knee health will decide whether we are kneeling. either way the sessions will offer incredibly valuable exercises. Whether you spend most of your time at a computer, or you are a runner or dedicate sports person you will benefit hugely from these sessions.
