Focus in on the core. This session is about knowledge. How does your core really work? The Pilates Core team muscles, Transverse abdominis, Pelvic floor, multifidus and diaphragm and all the surrounding areas of the waist and back. If you have your own foam roller please do bring it.
We have a 5 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know at least 5 hours before your session if you need to cancel.
