Focus in on the core. All abilities, Good for those that need to take it easy and also those that really want the detail of whats happening in a core practice. This session is about knowledge. How does your core really work? The Pilates Core team muscles, Transverse abdominis, Pelvic floor,multifidus and diaphragm and all the surrounding areas of the waist and back. Fine tune your practice. Pilates is all about the detail, otherwise its simply not Pilates. Pilates is so much more than a 'core' workout. Its not about endless sit ups. Its about supporting you back, your pelvic floor, your internal organs. Its not about creating over tension, tight but weak muscles. Breathing is the most essential part of the practice. Discover your smile line, over the rainbow, noughts and crosses for multi stabilization of the spine ad pelvis.
