Breathing is the core of your practice. You breathe approximately 20,000 times a day. Learning how to breathe well and to learn different techniques can leave you feeling more energized and with skills to calm and centre yourself, and reduce asthma/anxiety/panic attacks. Understanding and sensing the breath in supporting your movement is vital part of Pilates and key to a core workout and for strengthening your pelvic floor and supporting your spine.
We have a 5 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know at least 5 hours before your session if you need to cancel.
