Our selection of classes and therapies under Restore. Repattern. Renew. are an invitation to pause, soften, and come home to yourself. In a world that constantly asks us to do, these practices remind us how to be.

Through Hanna Somatic Yoga, Somaspirals, YoSo Touch, Aerial Restorative, and Bodywork/Massage, we create the conditions for the body to yield—to release into gravity, to let go of bracing, and to rediscover support from the ground up. Yielding is the first step in rebuilding trust with the body and nervous system. It allows us to down-regulate, shifting from stress and reactivity into rest, repair, and resilience. These offerings focus on repatterning movement not through force, but through felt-sense exploration. As habitual holding patterns gently unravel, new possibilities emerge—more fluidity, more ease, more connection. Rest is not a luxury here; it's a powerful practice that replenishes the nervous system and rewires how we move, breathe, and relate to ourselves. This is your permission to slow down. To feel. To reset. Because healing doesn’t happen through effort—it happens through awareness, rest, and the right kind of support.

Release tension. Reclaim movement. Revive your nervous system.

Hanna Somatic Yoga is a slow, mindful practice that blends the science of neuromuscular retraining with the soul of yoga.
It’s designed to help you gently unravel chronic tension patterns, improve functional movement, and restore your natural ease.

What Is Hanna Somatic Yoga?
This method combines principles from Hanna Somatics with gentle yoga-inspired movement. The focus is on pandiculation: a natural technique that reawakens the brain-to-muscle connection, releasing involuntary muscle contraction and reducing pain. You’ll be lying or seated on the floor, guided to move slowly and consciously, allowing your body to sense, feel, and re-educate itself.

Who Founded It?
Thomas Hanna, a pioneer in the field of somatic education, developed Hanna Somatics in the 1970s as a way to address what he called Sensory Motor Amnesia—the brain’s loss of control over certain muscles due to stress, trauma, injury, or repetitive strain.
His work built on the foundations laid by Moshe Feldenkrais and was further evolved by somatic movement educators and yoga teachers into what is now called Hanna Somatic Yoga.

Why It Works
Hanna Somatic Yoga works because it targets the root of physical tension—not just the symptoms. It addresses the nervous system, not just the muscles.
Through slow, conscious movements, your brain relearns how to relax and coordinate muscles efficiently.
This process is not about stretching muscles but repatterning them, creating long-lasting change. Over time, this leads to:
-
Improved posture and mobility
-
Enhanced coordination and balance
-
A deep sense of calm and internal awareness
-
Relief from chronic pain...

-Headaches
-Painful joints and muscles
-Neck, shoulder and back pain
-Sciatica
-Hip, knee and foot pain
-Repetitive use injuries
-Poor posture
-Accident traumas and whiplash
-Breathing problems
-Frozen shoulder syndrome
and much more....
