This class combines two powerful practices:

  • C.A.R.S. (Controlled Articular Rotations) to wake up your joints, especially the shoulders

  • and the Turkish Get Up (TGU)—a full-body movement that builds intelligent strength from the ground up.

We begin with C.A.R.S., a methodical warm-up designed to improve joint control, increase mobility, and prepare your nervous system for complex movement. Particular focus is placed on the shoulder joint, which plays a crucial role in the TGU.

Then, we break down the Turkish Get Up step by step. TGU is a full-body movement that combines core strength, spinal stability, shoulder control, hip and knee mobility, and focused coordination. It trains every major human movement pattern—making it one of the most effective ways to develop resilience, functional strength, and body awareness.

This is not a fast-paced class. We take our time to guide you with precision and care, placing strong emphasis on technique, alignment, and breath at each stage of the movement.

Th e session is taught with or without weights

Don’t be intimidated—just come prepared.
We recommend attending some of the following classes first:
✔ Neck, Shoulders & Wrists (PreHAB / ReHAB)
✔ Core X or Pilates Essentials for core control and movement prep

This class is ideal for those who want to:
✔ Improve full-body coordination
✔ Build deep, functional strength
✔ Enhance shoulder and hip mobility
✔ Cultivate focused, mindful movement under load
